If you want to apply for the Medicare Extra Help Program, you have to complete the Social Security Application, and you can do this in different ways, such as,

⮚ Online at SSA.gov/Extra Help
⮚ Calling the Social Security Administration 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, at 800-772-1213
⮚ Through your local Social Security Office
